Nikkia Carter
Nikkia T. Carter is a distinguished technology leader, speaker, author, and advocate based in Washington state. With over 20 years of experience as a Microsoft technology expert, she brings a wealth of expertise spanning entrepreneurship, business ownership, technology policy advocacy, and federal service, including roles as a Department of Defense (DoD) employee and federal contractor. Her career highlights also include serving as the global lead for a team of highly technical architects at Microsoft headquarters.
Currently, Nikkia is the Co-CEO and owner of NTC Tech Consultancy, LLC, a Microsoft Partner company. She is also recognized as a Microsoft MVP for SharePoint and Microsoft Copilot for M365. Her professional focus lies in delivering high-quality consulting, training, migration, and solution development services in Modern Work, Secure Collaboration and Integration (SCI), and the Power Platform.
Nikkia holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, a Master’s degree in IT Project Management, and is a CompTIA Certified Technical Trainer. Since beginning her IT career in 2001, she has excelled in roles ranging from applications developer to IT strategist, contributing to private, public, and non-profit sectors. Notably, she has founded and led a Microsoft Partner company and earned Microsoft MVP status in Office Apps & Services. A dynamic presence in the technology community, Nikkia is a seasoned speaker, author, and community leader. She has served on Microsoft and nonprofit boards, including Microsoft Inspire and Voices for Innovation, further cementing her reputation as a formidable force in the tech industry.

Harry Carter is the Co-CEO of NTC Tech Consultancy, LLC, based in the greater Seattle area of Washington state. With over three decades of diverse industry experience, Harry is recognized for his dedicated and results-oriented approach to business operations. His expertise spans solution development, training, and consulting, with a strong focus on systems integration and project management to enhance organizational efficiency.In addition to his leadership role at NTC Tech Consultancy, Harry serves as the Director of African Strategies & Innovations, spearheading transformative initiatives in Ghana. His work drives positive change and fosters a culture of innovation within the company. Harry’s career journey reflects a commitment to excellence and growth, transitioning from managerial roles to entrepreneurship across industries such as sales, customer service, hospitality, and technology. As Co-CEO, Harry leverages over five years of hands-on experience in systems integration, software development, and project management to inform strategic decision-making and guide the organization towards sustained success. With a strategic mindset and meticulous attention to detail, Harry is committed to delivering high-quality solutions that exceed client expectations, positioning NTC Tech Consultancy as a leader in the industry.

As CTO at NTC Tech, Segu utilizes his diverse background to spearhead the company’s technological advancements.
